• Health & Fitness Data: To provide personalized diet and fitness plans, we collect information you enter, such as your age, height, weight, gender, weight goals, and dietary preferences.
• User Content: We collect the photos of meals you upload and the food logs you create to provide nutritional analysis and track your progress.

Information from Third-Party Services

• Google Fit: With your explicit consent, we access your activity data from Google Fit (e.g., steps, workout duration, calories burned) to display in the app and incorporate into your overall fitness tracking. We only request read-only access to fitness activity data.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, any data obtained from your Google account (including Google Sign-In and Google Fit data) is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features within the Calbun application. We do not transfer this data to others unless necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your explicit consent. We do not use this data for serving advertisements.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. We retain your personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

To permanently delete your account, navigate to the Profile screen within the app, expand the profile card by clicking on it, and use the "Permanent Account Delete" button. This action is irreversible and will erase all of your data from our systems.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
